For each option: exactly how many points, which program, and what the same seat would cost if you paid cash. So you can judge whether it's a good deal.
Sometimes the same seat is available through two programs at very different point costs. I'll tell you which one to use and why it matters.

I check award availability across the major transferable currencies and airline programs, including routing combinations and partner airlines most people wouldn't think to look at.
Within 72 hours of starting. Each option is laid out clearly: the route, the program, the point cost, the cash value comparison, and my recommendation. If I find options that meet your parameters, the success fee balance is due before I send full booking guidance. Then we figure out the booking format that works best for you. One thing worth knowing: award space moves fast, especially in business and first class. Once you have your options, moving quickly on the one you want matters.
A note from Ross: If I search and genuinely can't find good options (meaning available space is overpriced, or the routing is unreasonable), I'll tell you that clearly rather than sending you something that isn't worth booking. Occasionally the honest answer is "not right now." That's a lot more useful than a bad deal dressed up as a result.
