Need a new card first?

Your 30 days start the moment your points post, often a few weeks to a few months after you hit minimum spend, depending on the bank. A slow bank never puts your guarantee at risk.

If you don't have a ticket by then and you've held up your end, you get every dollar back, or I'll keep working with you at no extra cost until you're booked in business class, whichever works better for you.

If you need a new card, apply within a reasonable time

We'll agree on what's reasonable together on the call. The sooner you're approved, the sooner your points exist, and the sooner your 30-day guarantee clock starts. Already have enough points? Skip this one, you're on the Fast Track.

Give me a flexible window

2-3 date ranges, even 2-3 destinations, will improve your likelihood of success. Business class award seats show up in pockets, in time and in place, and a wider search usually gets you a better cabin, a better airline, or lower fees, not just a faster yes.

Be ready to move fast

Be willing to move quickly, within 48 hours, once I find a flight that meets your parameters. Award seats can vanish in hours.

Common questions about the fine print

A confirmed award booking with a ticket number, in business or first class, on a route and dates within your windows. Once that ticket exists, we've satisfied the guarantee, even if your actual travel date is months out.
Then you're on the Fast Track: your 30-day guarantee starts right away, since your points already exist. The 30-day clock only waits on clients who need a new card's sign-up bonus to fund the trip first, since that means an approval, a minimum spend, and a posting cycle before the points exist.
Tell me as soon as you know. We'll agree on what's reasonable together on the call, and the guarantee only holds if you meet the four conditions.
Most issuers post your bonus 2 to 8 weeks after you hit minimum spend. That's exactly why the 30-day guarantee clock starts once your points land instead of on a fixed calendar date, so a slow-posting bank never puts your guarantee at risk.
Most clients who reach this point still want the trip. If that's you, I'll keep working with you at no extra cost until you're booked in business class, no added fee, no deadline. If you'd rather have your money back, that's fine too, no pressure.
You can still work with me (see Condition 3 above on why flexibility matters). If there's a milestone trip you need locked to one date and place, tell me on the intro call and I'll be straight about whether the guarantee is the right fit, or whether Award Flight Search without the guarantee makes more sense.
